Firstly, it enters the scrubber to remove impurities from the waste gas, then enters the efficient dry filter to remove residual dust particles from the waste gas after being dehumidified to remove moisture. Afterwards, the waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption bed and comes into full contact with the honeycomb-shaped activated carbon. The organic substances in the gas are effectively adsorbed by the strong adsorption property of the activated carbon, and the purified gas can be discharged up to standard. Our engineering examples have demonstrated that the equipment has stable performance and can achieve the expected results of the customer. The filtration efficiency of dust particles can reach more than 98%, and the waste gas purification efficiency can reach more than 90%. After a period of operation, the adsorption bed will reach saturation. At this time, the desorption and regeneration system is started to desorb and regenerate the activated carbon.
