The air distribution box balances the pressure and concentration of the organic waste gas from various sources before it enters the multi-functional RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) for high-temperature complete oxidation and decomposition. For low-concentration organic waste gas, it is directed to a zeolite rotary concentrator for desorption and then enters the multi-functional RTO. The organic waste gas is directly burned at a temperature of around 850°C, achieving complete thermal oxidation with a residence time of 1 to 2 seconds. The waste heat utilization rate can reach over 98%, and it can operate without power when the concentration exceeds 3g/m3.</p><p>3、The residence time of organic waste gas in the multi-functional RTO furnace can be adjusted between 1-2 seconds.</p><p>4、The special structure of the multi-functional RTO enables its furnace to have a readjustment function after being put into use.</p><p>5、The multi-functional RTO furnace adopts negative pressure technology to ensure no odor overflow or combustion machine backfire.</p><p>6、The multi-functional RTO adopts secondary preheating technology, and the waste gas temperature can reach up to 600-650°C, which eliminates the problem of honeycomb ceramic blockage that can occur in rotary and three-door RTOs, and reduces labor intensity and operating costs. The multi-functional RTO can continue to use small pore honeycomb ceramics to improve energy efficiency, and currently, only the multi-functional RTO is willing to continue to use small pore honeycomb ceramics.</p><p>7、The multi-functional RTO adopts the highest level of safety system to ensure safe operation.</p><p>8、The multi-functional RTO has multiple convenient opening and closing inspection doors, which can be used for honeycomb ceramic installation and equipment maintenance channels.</p><p>9、Currently, only the multi-functional RTO can handle organic waste gas while also treating waste water and solid waste, which can save users a lot of investment and site occupation problems.</p><p>10、The multi-functional RTO has a compact structure and a smaller volume than other types of RTOs.</p><p><br/></p>					</div>
